“Don’t let them steal your joy,” she said. I let those words sink in & said, “I like giving my joy. That’s why I have it – to enjoy & to give it.” How do we handle situations that cause joy leaks? Remember that joy is a state of being. Be joy.
Halloween provides an opportunity to reflect on the meaning of seasonal change within the human psyche, a call to revel in the wildness of the unknown, the darkness…the “thin veil” between worlds. Use the time to connect with Spirit through nature.
In the midst of destruction, this man found miracles. Miracles are everyday occurrences, if we open our awareness. How else can the same situation be viewed as a tragedy by some & a miracle by others? Perspective. Choose your foundation, then build your life upon it.

NFL PLAY 60 – a program to ignite children into activity for 60 minutes a day. Fantastic! But, what does it say about our culture? 1 in 3 children in the U.S. is obese & only 8% of elementary schools provide P.E. Playtime is essential for health, for our spirits & for the future of humanity.
Creative energy has to be released if sleep is ever going to be peaceful & sound or if we’re ever to live a balanced waking life. One of the surest ways is through great sex! Tonight’s method, however, was to get up & dance like a wild banshee! Yep, just get up & get after it.

I asked for guidance & a teacher soon arrived – a chameleon. He taught that transformation is inevitable. It’s almost comical how difficult we make it, when really, it’s all about love. The love of a higher, Divine energy that brings about necessary change for purpose that is beyond our grasp. Acceptance of this guidance alleviates fear & marries us to the joy & the mystery of creation itself.
